Star of "Reagan," Jon Voight, demands that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie stop their "nonsense."

For almost eight years, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have been locked in a heated dispute over their French winery. Simultaneously, they've faced challenges in co-parenting their six children: Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, and twins Knox and Vivienne. Their family has weathered numerous struggles, including allegations of physical abuse and disputes over custody.

Speaking to Fox News Digital, Jolie’s father, Jon Voight, weighed in on the family rift. Although Voight confessed that he doesn't communicate with his grandchildren as much as he'd like, he expressed a desire for peace, urging both Jolie and Pitt to resolve their differences for the sake of the children.

Jolie and Pitt, married for two years, separated in 2016 after an alleged physical altercation, ending their 12-year relationship. By 2019, they were legally single. In 2022, Jolie won sole custody of her minor children after a period of joint custody with Pitt. However, the current state of their custody arrangement remains unclear.

Jolie revealed in a 2020 interview with Vogue India that she separated from Pitt for the sake of her children’s well-being and continues to focus on their healing despite media distortions about her family. She praised her children’s resilience, describing them as brave and strong individuals.

The ex-couple’s legal battle over their French estate, Château Miraval, intensified when Pitt sued Jolie in 2022 after she sold her share to the Stoli group without his consent. Jolie’s legal team argued in court documents that her sale was a response to Pitt's efforts to force her into silence regarding allegations of abuse.

A source close to Jolie accused Pitt of using legal action and the press to harm her, despite her initial attempts to peacefully settle their business. Meanwhile, the source claimed that Pitt’s demands for a non-disclosure agreement were meant to cover up his actions, further complicating their family dynamics.

The legal battle continues, with both sides trading accusations as they struggle to find peace and resolution for their family.
